Most of the students prefer to have their lunch at school with other students, I am extremely happy with this culture, says the principal. By this way students get opportunity to know each other and also to learn how to have meal in a gathering .after establishing this culture at the school we have received very positive responses from the parents saying that their kids are becoming very social
Principal :It is lovely to research that which type of seating arrangement do really our kids want to be . Here you see that students are more comfortable reading on ground because it is a culture of our society so we have to make our classroom seating arrangement according to your culture and society .It really woks !
Habiab Shams: As a head teacher I believe that physical education is beneficial as a vehicle for activity and positively impacted on learning and behaviour in the classroom. However, the reasons provided for including PE in their daily programmes were reflected in the delivery of programmes of little educational value.According to my observation physical fitness,for students, is as important as education itself .I made it mandatory to keep the rest of the long day classes fresh by physical exercise .But these exercise should be very light not hard for the students .
One of the teachers state : I believe that an Eye contact always plays a very important role in order to have an strong grip in the whole class .
one of the teachers says, It is my strong conviction that encouragement brings great change. If you identify a weak student in your class ,give him or her a small and interesting activity check the work properly and always use some word of encouragement for him or her in front of the class . For example a teacher should say like , look sajjad has improved a lot he is one of the class stars etc. But the words should come from your heart .
Raihana ,a senior teacher is busy with a lovely group of students . she says , unless we provide an environment where the students feel being like at home ,a teacher should not think that he or she is a good teacher to me first reposibility of a teacher is to provide an conducive enveronment for the students .My students feel very happy when i sit with them ,I play with them ,i sing with them and I dance with them .once i make them familier with me I mould them easily that is what Iam doing here.
